Editorial Team
The people responsible for the press, the books, and The Poetry Library — from the editors who work with our poets to the writers who contribute to the library.
G. K. Allum founded Ink & Ribbon Press as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit publisher on Bainbridge Island, Washington. He leads all editorial, strategic, and operational functions of the press, and works directly with each poet through the full arc of publication. He is completing an MFA in poetry at Pacific University under the advisorship of Leila Chatti. His own manuscript, The Familiarity, has been in correspondence with editors including Michael Schmidt at PN Review and Carcanet. He is also the primary author of The Poetry Library, and writes across all its sections.
Luke Dunne is a writer from London. His poetry has appeared, or is forthcoming, in The New Republic, The Kenyon Review, The Stinging Fly, The London Magazine, berlin lit, and Cordite Poetry Review; his criticism in The Los Angeles Review of Books, Boston Review, The Metropolitan Review, The Little Review, and Socrates on the Beach. He has won the Jane Martin Poetry Prize and been longlisted for the Dan Veach Prize, The London Magazine Poetry Prize, and the Bridport Prize. He works with Ink & Ribbon Press on its printed poetry list.
Laura Vitcova is a poet and poetry editor from Northern California, currently an MFA candidate at Pacific University. In 2025 she was a finalist for the NORward Prize, and her chapbook, Felled, was published by FLP. Her poems have appeared in The Shore, Arts & Letters, New Ohio Review, Gulf Coast Journal, and elsewhere. She works with Ink & Ribbon Press on its printed poetry list, serving as editor for Field Sonnets by Miranda Beeson.
The Poetry Library is open to contributors who write seriously about poetry — poets, critics, academics, and careful readers. All pieces are reviewed editorially before publication. Contributors receive a permanent author profile and byline credit on every piece they publish with us.
