Avery Harris

Avery Harris is a student writer and critic from Ohio with interests in poetry, literary criticism, religion, and cultural identity. Her work focuses on close reading, particularly the relationship between form, voice, and psychological experience in modern and contemporary literature. She also writes local journalistic articles and historical analysis, and is especially interested in how writing about literature allows readers to derive deeper meaning from the texts they encounter. She is a contributor to The Poetry Library at Ink & Ribbon Press, where she writes in the Close Reading and Editorial sections.
