Poet & Founding Editor, Ink & Ribbon Press
About
G. K. Allum is the founder and executive editor of Ink & Ribbon Press, a nonprofit literary publisher on Bainbridge Island, Washington. He is a Pushcart Prize–nominated poet completing an MFA in poetry at Pacific University, where his advisor is Leila Chatti. His current project, the Domestic Sonnets, explores long-term partnership through the Triptych Sonnet, a form of his own invention; his forthcoming collection is Bodies Turning Into Sounds. At Ink & Ribbon, he writes in the Editorial section of The Poetry Library, where he argues for the press's editorial convictions in the open.
